All orders shipped with international courrier except free delivery method.  Free delivery on Dead Sea cosmetics and products for orders above $100 (excluding salts and items over 400g). 

Returns

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

All sale items are final purchases.

For hygienic reasons, cosmetics cannot be returned.

Customs & Import Duties

It is the customer's responsibility to pay for any import or customs duties at country of destination.  If, for any reason product is rejected or cannot be delivered, the product may be returned at cutomer's expense for store credit or refund on cost of item. Shipping charges are non refundable.
